Visa Bulletin:  http://travel.state.gov/visa/bulletin/bulletin_1360.html

  • This US DOS publication tells all ‘priority’ immigrants in both family and employment cases where they are at in line.

  • The dates indicate who is at the front of the line now, so if your queue has a line with a date of 2001, and your date is 2013 = you are 13 years away from your green card interview date.

U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services: visit USCIS.gov for all forms, case status on filed matters, email updates, filing fees, do-it-yourself, InfoPass appointments in person, latest of new laws and the like.

  • Clients should never pay anyone for a USCIS published form, as they are available for free at this site 24/7.
